Peer Support
Peer support is more than a title or a system role, it’s a practice of mutual care, shared experience, and collective tending. These spaces are disabled-, mad-, and survivor-led, grounded in grief-informed care, body liberation, and liberatory harm reduction.

Here, there are no hierarchies, no coercion, and no pressure to “fix” yourself. Instead, we gather to:

-
Connect with others who understand the nuances of navigating grief, chronic illness, madness, and disability
-
Hold space for emotions, rest, and reflection
-
Share strategies, resources, and practices that support each of us in our daily lives

These groups and gatherings are peer-led because those with lived experience hold knowledge, wisdom, and power that can’t be replicated by institutions or professionals alone. This is peer support as we define it—rooted in respect, mutuality, and collective care.

Body Doubling Session
1st and 3rd Saturday
Time: 2:00pm - 3:15pm Central Time
Join us for a supportive hour to focus, rest, recharge, or move through your tasks alongside others. After a brief check-in, we settle into quiet companionship, working, reading, creating, or resting. This space is yours to use however you need, at your own pace, with the support of shared presence.

Tending to Ourselves
Sunday, October 26, 2025
3:00pm-4:00pm Central Time
Join a supportive, accessible yoga space for disabled, mad, and neurodivergent folks. Together we slow down, commune, and tend to our nervous systems as the seasons change. Gentle, adaptable practices allow emotions to move, moments of rest to be found, and connection to flourish. All movement is optional and every pace is honored.
Membership & Community Access
This page gives you a glimpse into the membership community.

Membership helps you access supportive peer groups and resources while also helping sustain these offerings for others who need them.

All community offerings are sliding scale, and no one is turned away for lack of funds. Groups are donation-based to keep them as accessible as possible.

All groups are disabled-led and rooted in liberatory harm reduction, Mad liberation, and with a deep care for community care. Membership is flexible and comes in different tiers so you can choose what fits your needs.
