  • Shifts in health, mobility, or capacity

  • Life-altering or progressive diagnoses

  • The loss of abilities, independence, or familiar routines

  • Feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood in their experience

  • A longing to be honest about what hurts and what has changed

  • Tend to complex emotions

  • Speak honestly about what’s changing or ending

  • Find rest and relief from holding it all alone

  • Reconnect with yourself through gentle conversation and body-centered care

  • Honor your pace, your truth, and your needs

What sessions might include:

  • Holding space for grief and compassionate listening

  • Gentle, mindful movement to ease tension and support connection

  • Breathwork practices to create ease and presence

  • Embodied awareness to notice how grief lives in the body

  • Gentle practices to honor what is shifting or ending

Cost: $20 - 50 sliding scale
Location: Virtual (Zoom, Google Meet or phone)
