Individual Bodymind Support sessions offer a compassionate space to explore diverse mental health experiences through a holistic, liberation health framework. Each session supports your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, honoring your autonomy and tapping into your inner healer. We’ll navigate new perspectives, challenge societal norms, and integrate diverse healing practices to help you connect with your body, find inner peace, and empower your healing journey.

Bodymind: A term used to challenge the idea the body and mind are experienced separately (Descartes). Written in various ways, Bodymind or Body-mind, this usage foregrounds the understanding that experiences of the bodymind are integrated (Price)

Focusing on holistic healing through holistic peer counseling, blending magic, neuroscience, and embodiment practices to foster connection and well-being. Sessions include guided meditation, embodied awareness practices, and breathwork to support mind-body relaxation and stress relief. As a survivor myself, my practice is rooted in approaches that are both survivor-centered and survivor-led. I focus on honoring the experiences, autonomy, and voices of survivors, ensuring that our work together reflects these values.

I focus on gently calming and regulating your nervous system using vagus nerve reset techniques, self-regulation methods, and accessible yoga. These practices help you reconnect with your body and breath, promoting relaxation, emotional balance, and resilience.
