Bodymind Support
There are stories we carry in our bodymind.

The weight of diagnoses that don’t tell the whole truth. The confusion of altered states and shifting realities. The ache of being pathologized, dismissed, or misunderstood.

This space is here for all of it.

Here, you don’t have to leave any part of yourself behind. Your experiences of neurodivergence, madness, trauma, grief, plurality, and many ways of being are met with respect and care.

This isn’t about fixing you or making you fit someone else’s idea of normal. It’s about witnessing your truth, reclaiming your language, and honoring the wisdom you hold.
