Bodymind Support
This offering provides a compassionate space to explore your mental health experiences through a holistic, liberation-focused lens. Each session nurtures your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being while honoring your autonomy and innate wisdom.

Together, we’ll challenge harmful norms, explore new perspectives, and weave diverse healing practices to help you connect with your body, cultivate inner peace, and move toward liberation on your own terms.
Bodymind: A term used to challenge the idea the body and mind are experienced separately (Descartes). Written in various ways, Bodymind or Body-mind, this usage foregrounds the understanding that experiences of the bodymind are integrated (Price)

How You’ll Be Supported
Supportive and Sacred Space
This is a space where you can unmask, express your emotions, complete tasks, or simply exist and co-regulate. Whether you're moving through daily stress, trauma, neurodivergence, madness, or complex mental health experiences, you will be heard, supported, and affirmed.
Reinterpreting Labels and Identities
Reclaim the language used to define you. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, honor your neurodivergence and madness, and shift disempowering narratives into stories of autonomy, strength, and self-understanding.
Nervous System and Healing-Centered Support

Explore practices that support your nervous system and overall well-being through breathwork, mindful movement, and self-tending in ways that meet you where you are. Blending neuroscience, embodiment, and accessible yoga, these practices invite you to connect with your inner wisdom in ways that feel right for you.
Navigating Internalized Oppression

Challenge the internalized beliefs shaped by ableism and sanism that were never yours to carry. Together, we’ll explore ways to unlearn these narratives, embrace your neurodivergence and madness, cultivate self-compassion, and advocate for your access needs without apology.
A Compassionate Space to Explore the Power of Movement
These sessions offer a sacred, personalized space to navigate daily stresses, trauma, grief, and the full spectrum of mental health experiences, meeting you exactly where you are. When traditional talk therapy is not enough to support a traumatized nervous system, movement-based practices provide a gentle, embodied approach to nurture your well-being.

Mindful Movement Practices
Root yourself in the present moment through movement that cultivates steadiness and ease. Mindful movement invites reconnection with your body, easing the pull to disconnect or avoid stress while supporting nervous system regulation.

Breathwork Techniques
Engage in breathing practices that invite relaxation and presence, soothing intense emotions and bringing balance to your nervous system. Breathwork supports stress relief and nurtures a deeper sense of steadiness.

Embodied Awareness
Deepen your connection with your body's signals and needs through practices that release tension and foster clarity. Embodied awareness helps you move through feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed, empowering you to honor your boundaries and center your well-being.
