    For those navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, or disability, you’ll receive compassionate support as you process grief and face major life changes. Mindful movement can also be incorporated as a powerful tool for healing.

  • Bodymind Support Session
    A supportive space for folks navigating diverse mental health experiences, emotional distress, altered states, or suicidality. You’ll be heard and validated while learning techniques to regulate your nervous system and release emotional blockages for deeper healing.
