1:1 Support

Support for grief, disability, change, and the messy spaces in between.

Sometimes you need somewhere to put things down for a while.

A place to talk about what is happening without being told to look on the bright side, make a plan, or figure everything out.

I offer a small amount of 1:1 support for adults navigating grief, disability, chronic illness, changing capacity, identity, burnout, life transitions, and experiences that don't fit neatly into conventional models of care.

We can slow down. We can be curious. We can sit with something that doesn't have an answer yet.

You don't need to arrive with a goal or a plan.

Who This Is For?

I work with adults (18+) navigating:

  • Grief, loss, and life transitions

  • Changes in health, mobility, or capacity

  • Chronic illness, pain, or disability

  • Complex relationships with food or body

  • Madness and neurodivergence

  • Plurality, multiplicity, DID/OSDD

  • Psychiatric harm, systems violence, or sanism

Many of the people I support identify as:

  • Disabled or chronically ill

  • Neurodivergent

  • Mad or psychiatric survivors

  • Plural, multiple, or OSDD/DID

  • LGBTQIA2S+

  • COVID-cautious

All support is voluntary and chosen by the person receiving it.

We might talk about

  • Disability, chronic illness, and changing capacity

  • Neurodivergence and masking

  • Grief, loss, and body grief

  • Burnout and the aftermath of survival

  • Relationships with systems of care

  • Identity and life transitions

  • Rest, boundaries, autonomy, and access

  • What you want your life to look like now

These aren't requirements or a checklist. They're simply some of the places our conversations might go.

What sessions are like

Sessions are conversational and collaborative.

We might talk. We might think something through. We might sit with something difficult. We might notice a pattern or explore a question.

There isn't a program to complete, homework to do, or progress to perform.

This is a space to be honest about where you are and figure things out at your own pace.
